pumpkin cream soup
Components:
pumpkin
carrots
potatos
parsley root
onion
garlic
butter
cream
chicken bouillon cube
salt
pepper
Sooo..how do you do it....
For start you fry garlic and onion in some butter.Cut everything else in cubes and stew it with garlic,onions and spices..takes about 20 minutes for it to be ready.
When it is, just blend it all together,add some cream and viola! Ready to serve! Decorate with some greens and cream.
